I hope this post finds you all well. Today I practiced the Law of Potentiality. I love ending my weekend with this law. It's my recovery day, a day where I nourish myself with foods, readings and silence.

If you work out regularly you know that your body needs "recovery days". Recovery days are not just for the physical body but also for the mind and spirit. Give yourself time to sit in silence and enjoy the sounds of nature, read your favorite teachings and or anything that gives your peace. Rest your mind from any thoughts that are less than blissful. A lot of deep breaths today friends :).
