Ericka provides a unique experience to sound healing. She combines her tradition in the AZTEC culture into sound. She incorporates indigenous sounds and traditional sound healing frequencies, taking you into your own journey into healing. 

60% of the adult body's are made up of water. Water is a great conductor of sound vibration. Therefore, your body becomes an environment of healing.  It's been proven that the vibrations in your environment can synchronizes with your brainwaves resulting in a stressful response or joyous response that takes your body into a state of regulation and healing. In the Aztec Sound Healing  practice you are reintroduced to the frequency of 100hz to 528hz to guide you into a deeper state of relaxation, refection and expansion into the process of your becoming.
